Our fleet of vessels are suited to a variety of watercourses and situations, we have the larger MCA Coded RIB suitable for offshore projects to the smaller SIB Gemini vessels which can be transported and launched in almost any situation. Having this versatility allows NESB to accommodate the client’s requirements so they have the best vessel for the situation which is safe and fit for purpose not only for the crew but for the client.
WORK BOAT HIRE
Having a variety of vessels at our disposal we have a fleet of Rigid Raider vessels suitable for smaller inshore projects to multicat vessels up to 24m LOA. The multicat vessels make ideal working platforms for diving, survey, and marine construction projects. A selection of our vessels come equipped with HIAB’s and deck winches as well as welfare accommodation.

PONTOON HIRE
NESB can provide client specific modular pontoons, these versatile pontoons can be arranged into different shapes and sizes to meet the client’s needs. As they are a temporary structure, we deliver the pontoon on site and construct the pontoon as per the client’s request. With options available for pontoon systems NESB can tailor the pontoon system to a client’s specific needs with stability calculations and mooring analysis also provided on request. We can also offer bespoke accessories including Spud Leg Systems, 4-Point Mooring and HIAB options for the pontoons.

MARINE ENGINEERING
The North East has a rich engineering history and with that comes local experience and expertise. Wanting to provide more of a complete package to clients NESB have been designing and fabricating structural steel work for clients such as INEOS Nitriles, this has allowed NESB to carry out projects which have included the design, fabrication, galvanising, and installation of jetty ladders whilst also providing the marine support whilst our team carried out installations.

NESB can provide vessel crew for companies wishing to use their own vessels all our skippers are experienced in the industry and undergo industry standard training.

NESB has a great relationship with suppliers and can offer complete PPE solutions including bespoke items such as welding approved lifejackets and Personal Locator Beacons. We can also offer a printing and embroidery service to compliment sales with client logos.
MARINE SUPPORT SITE INVESTIGATION
A sector of the marine industry the NESB team enjoy working in, NESB have provided solutions for Site Investigation works throughout the North East on projects with varying degrees of difficulty. Utilising our NATO pontoon system and our workboat fleet we have provided marine support for Site Investigation in some extreme area’s which are not navigable by vessels. With all our equipment having 4-point lifting this gives NESB the capability to mobilise pontoons and vessels in to these hard to access areas. The NATO pontoons come with a solid handrail, moonpool and spud-leg system, our workboat fleet is used to manoeuvre the NATO pontoons and to provide crew transfers during operations.
OUTBOARD ENGINE SERVICE
Servicing of your outboard engine is not only advisable it may save your life! Being stuck out on water or out at sea is a serious risk to anyone in a powered craft.
Our expert engineers are all time served outboard technicians and we have prompt access to parts for all popular makes and models. 2 stroke and 4 strokes. All outboards can be handled in our workshop. We operate a drop off and collect service for smaller outboards (up to approx. 25HP) that can be carried by hand. This allows you to drop off whenever best suits. Larger engines may need to be serviced on the back of their boat. We can also visit boats yards or marinas and carry out servicing on-site.

LIFEJACKET
SUPPLY & SERVICING
As our name suggests safety is high priority for us. We can supply lifejackets for all types of needs, from leisure sailing to the high demands of offshore and the construction industry. We can also service your lifejackets to ensure they are continuing to meet your safety requirements. Customers can drop off or post their lifejackets to us, and we will do the rest. Fees apply for this service.
